Our HVAC Service Plans Take the Hassle Out of HVAC Maintenance for Nashville

When you sign up for a service plan, you get two HVAC tune-up services a year (one in the spring, one in the fall), so you don’t have to worry about surprise issues with your HVAC system. In fact, you won’t even have to think about it — you’ll just know your system is taken care of.

What’s included in the tune-up services? Here’s a quick rundown:

Spring Tune-Up

  • Test and inspect all electrical components
  • Test and inspect all safety components
  • Inspect the evaporator coil
  • Oil motors (as needed)
  • Inspect and verify refrigerant level and the operation of the refrigerant system
  • Inspect for exterior damage of equipment or excessive wear on external components
  • Flush the condensation P-trap and piping (if a union or clean-out is properly installed)
  • Clean the outdoor condenser coil
  • Verify supply and return airflow temperatures

Fall Tune-Up

  • Remove dust and debris/buildup from heat exchanger and burners (as needed/applicable)
  • Test and inspect all electrical components
  • Test and inspect all safety components
  • Oil motors (as needed)
  • Verify gas pressure (if applicable)
  • Inspect and verify refrigerant level and the operation of the refrigerant system (if applicable)
  • Inspect for exterior damage of equipment or excessive wear on external components
  • Flush the condensation P-trap and piping (if a union or clean-out is properly installed)
  • Clean the outdoor condenser coil
  • Test and inspect defrost controls (if applicable)
  • Verify supply and return airflow temperatures

What Else Do You Get When You Enroll in an HVAC Service Plan?

  • 15% discount on all parts and labor
  • Priority Emergency Service when you have a problem (with no after-hours or emergency rates)
  • A certificate of inspection after each tune-up service
  • And for customers that auto-renew their service plans annually without a break in service, you also get a $50 credit each year towards the purchase of a new unit. Credit accumulates every year until it is applied to the purchase of a new HVAC unit.
